Hello Families! My name is Johana Alfaro, but everyone calls me Jo! I have been working in the field of early childhood education for over three years, and caring for others has always come naturally to me. Throughout my experience, I’ve had the joy of working with infants and preschool-aged children, supporting their growth through each developmental stage.

I am deeply passionate about creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. My approach focuses on fostering independence, confidence, and a lifelong love for discovery through hands-on learning experiences.

I believe that every child is unique and deserves the opportunity to thrive at their own pace. It brings me great joy to partner with families in supporting their child’s development, socially, emotionally, and academically.
