Hello! My name is Johana Alfaro, but everyone calls me Jo! I’ve been working in childcare for 2 years. Taking care of others comes naturally to me. I was very young when I started taking care of my brother, who was born with disabilities, and with my dad being a hardworking single father, it was up to me to help where I was needed. I have experience in caring for infants and preschool children. While my background is primarily in play-based preschool, I am excited to embrace the Montessori philosophy. I am passionate about early childhood education and creating a nurturing environment that allows young children to thrive. I’m excited to get to know everyone, and for you all to get to know me!
